Summary
This work item allows the user to view account specific content within the call.
Album and Filter
The first album in the list will load by default by default when opening the work item.
Press on the button to load another album.
Content can be filtered by media type (images, PDF or videos).
Viewing Modes
Thumbnail Preview Grid
View thumbnail previews of content in the selected album.
Items that have not yet synced to the device will display a grey box.
Tap on it to immediately sync the content item.
Full Screen Mode
Pressing on a thumbnail image will load the item into a full screen view with all controls hidden.
Swiping left and right to navigate between content items is supported.
A single tap anywhere on the screen will reveal a Back button.
An eye icon will appear next in the top right corner to indicate that the item has now been shown.
Email Attachment
Loading the menu bat and press the Attach to Email button will allow the user to select items to be added to an email.
NOTE: Only image items and PDF documents can be attached to the outgoing email.
After attaching the desired files, return to the thumbnail gallery then open the Email Options menu to specify the recipient's email address and enter an optional message.
You can add multiple recipients by pressing the Email button.
Emails will appear as being sent from the email address linked to the user who is logged into the app.
