'Survey Question', 'Compliance Check', 'Action' and 'Product Check' allow for adding notes or attaching a photo once they've been answered.

Using the camera in the Perenso app to take photos will also save a copy of them to its own photo album on the device, but you will first need to grand permission for the app to do so when prompted.

This item type can be used for surveying customers and recording their responses from a list of pre-defined answers or by inputting an answer in the text field.

Survey answers can be configured to allow users to score points either by answering the question or by choosing a specific answer. Survey questions with weightings are displayed in the Store Check top bar.
