Summary

This is an optional feature and is only enabled when an organisation allows for their users to adjust the sale price on a product.

NOTE: Once a product's sale price is overridden using this feature it will be excluded from all applicable deals until the sale price adjustment is removed.

Products that are allowed to have their prices adjusted can be identified by looking for the prices with a grey border in the sale price column.

Opening the price adjust window will look slightly different for products using a single order unit to one using multiple order units.

For more information about order units, you can read the article Order Units.

Single Order Units

This view displays a price comparison of the individual order unit between its standard price, sale price (if a deal has been applied) and your proposed price.

In both Single and Multiple views, the top row displays the original values to help with comparing prices.

Multiple Order Units

When more than one order unit is offered on a product, the price comparison table is extended to include the ones used.

NOTE: You can check if a product has a minimum allowable price by pressing on the icon next to the New Price heading.

Press the  icon in the Dimensions column to see the breakdown of ordering units for the product.

In addition to the single order unit, it works out the average price per unit by taking into account each order unit.
