Header


In the top left and right corners are the Previous and Next navigation buttons to shift between work items.

The account name and call date is displayed in the header at the top of the page.

Swipe down from the top edge of the screen, or right click if you are using a mouse, to open up the Call workflow bar showing the work items, and the bottom menu bar with additional controls.


You can jump directly into a certain work item by selecting it.


A work item with captured answers or changes will display a tick mark.


Body
Work items are loaded into this space.



Footer
You will find a number of controls here including one to exit out of a call or to continue later.

Exit Call
Pressing the Exit Call button will cancel out of the call without saving any changes.

Continue Later
This option allows you to save your current call progress for later access. This is done by saving a copy of your changes to the tablet device which does not save anything to the cloud server.


Notes
Allows the user to enter notes fro an account in a call that can be viewed in future calls for that account. You can view the last 100 calls notes within a call.


Call Objectives
You can open the call objectives screen from within a call to add new objectives which are saved independently from the call. By using this method, the call does not need to be save in order to save the objective.

Access the activity and order history of the account.
