Summary
You can find every completed call ever created for the accounts you can see - including ones made by other users whom the accounts are shared with.
There are 2 viewing modes for the call history by:
- Activity: Displays all work items
- Order: Only displays calls where an order has been taken
Search
You are able to search by:
- Account Name
- Order ID
- Product Description
- Product ID
- Product EAN
- Distributor
- Distributor Account Number
- Distributor Identifier Number
- IMS ID (Related ID)
- Customer Reference Number
