Steps

  1. Press the Add Account button located on the top right corner to bring up the New Account form.
    Hide the Account sidebar first if necessary.
  2. Choose an Account Type.
    This is important because the one you choose will load the template designed for that Account Type and so it cannot be changed to a different one after being saved.

  3. Type in the Account Name.
    This will be used as its name to display throughout the app.

  4. Complete all fields in the form.
    If certain pieces of information are unobtainable at the time, then they can be added at a later time by returning to the Account Details page once the new account is saved.


New Account Template
A standard template can typically use the following fields:
  • Primary Address
  • Primary Email Address
  • Primary Phone Number
  • Account Reference Numbers
  • Single group selection
  • Multiple group selection

NOTE: There may be mandatory fields to complete first before an account can be saved.
