Summary


The Call Summary page provides an overview of the activities completed in a call.

NOTE: Call objective activities are not displayed in the Call Summary.


Order


A summary of products that have been ordered along with allocated delivery dates and applicable discounts.

To see the order in full detail you can press the Edit button to load the order work item.

  • Description: The product name or description

  • Qty: The total quantity keyed in for each order unit

  • List Price: The cost of a single unit without any discounts - used primarily as a price guide

  • Sale (NIS) Price: The actual price the customer is payer per unit - with discounts

  • Discount: The actual benefit the product is getting

  • Distributor: The distributor and account number for the order


Store Check

A high level summary for the store check can be seen showing the count of answered items to not answered ones.

When content items are cited by customers, it will be logged here.


Signup

Summary of any signup work items completed in the call.


Save Call Progress

After all activities are done, you can Save & Close the call. This will load the Save Progress popup screen.

  • Status: Calls can be saved as 'Complete' or 'Incomplete'.
    Calls saved as 'Incomplete' will force all orders to be placed on hold automatically.

  • Held Orders: Conveniently hold any orders made in the call.

  • Time Call Started/Ended: Ability to adjust the start and end time of the call.

  • Duration: Automatically calculates how long the call took using the specified start and end times.

  • Follow Up Call: Option allows you to schedule a future call.
    Shows all existing calls on the selected date.
