Detailed Call History

Firstly, identify a call showing a black arrow on its left side.

The black arrow represents one or more work items have been actioned in the call, therefore it can be viewed in detail by a single finger tap on the Account Name to show the activities.

Compared to the Order work item within the Activity history, there are two more columns presented to produce extra details:

  • Order ID
  • Order Date

Tapping on the Order ID link displays additional order information such as customer's own reference number, delivery instructions, who took the order and signature if applicable.

Order Statuses

An order may have one of the following statuses at any given time to show how the order is progressing along:

  • Not Due to Send. There are order lines with a future delivery date that is not the current day.
  • Pending. The order is scheduled to be generated and sent to its destination.
  • Held by User. The order has been manually placed on hold by the user or automatically when using the app in Offline Mode. Orders can be released from this screen by tapping on the red Held button.
  • Held – Product. The order has a product which is on hold.
  • Partially Sent. Not every line in the order has been sent – this is usually a result of orders containing a combination of an immediate delivery and future delivery date assigned.
  • Sent. All order lines have been sent successfully.
  • Sent – Delivered. The order has been delivered to its destination via the selected order sending method. This status is only used for certain order outputs like email – where the delivery status is fed back into our system.
  • Sent – Received. The order has been received at its destination.
  • Sent – Opened. The order has been opened at its destination.
  • Send Failed. The order could not be sent to its destination. It will need to be resent via the Web Administrator software.
  • Credited. The order is a result of an order being credited.
  • Partially Credited. The order is a result of partially crediting an existing order.
  • Held – Referred. A referred deal has been applied and is waiting for approval.
  • Held – Refer Declined. Referred order has been declined by head office and order will not be sent until deal is modified.

Held Orders

If urgent attention is required for an order to be re-sent then please refer it to your organisations appointed Perenso Administrator to review.

Tapping (i) on Held by User will give the option to release the order.

Tapping (i) on a Held – Refer Declined status will allow the user to view the referred note from the manager.
