Summary
You can find every completed call ever created for the accounts you can see, including ones made by other users whom the accounts may be shared with.
There are two viewing modes for the call history by:
- Activity. Displays all work items.
You can view the Activity History article for more a more detailed look at its features. - Order. Only displays calls where an order has been taken.
The Order History article will go through the key functions of the tab.
Search
You can search through the history using the search bar.
You are able to search by:
- Account Name
- Order ID
- Production Description
- Product ID
- Product EAN
- Distributor
- Distributor Account Number
- Distributor Identifier Number
- IMS ID (Related ID)
- Customer Reference Number
