Summary


The Account Screen provides one way to create calls.
The Account Screen allows you to create calls quickly once it’s been found.



Steps

  1. Open the Accounts screen from the main menu

  2. Use the options available (apply filters or search) to locate the account to add the call for

  3. Once the account has been found, simply tap on it once to load the sidebar

  4. Press the Schedule a New Call arrow button to expand its settings

  5. Specify the call type, date, time if required then press Add to Diary

Repeat these steps for every account you wish to add a call to the diary for.
