1. Click on the Create Call icon for the Account you wish to create a Call for.

  2. Created For
    All users the logged-in user has visibility to will be included in the Created For dropdown.
    Select a user to add the call to their diary.

  3. Call Type
    Select the desired Call Type form the list of available call types.

  4. Start Date
    The default start date will be the current day.

  5. Start Time
    The default start time will be the current time.
    You have the option to enable Slot into Next Available Time.
  6. Duration
    Specify how much time is anticipated spending on the call.

  7. Save
    You have the option to Save the call, which will add the call to the user's diary.
    Alternatively, you can Save and Open, which will immediately load the call created.
