Summary


You can get to the Store Check work item by going to:

  1. Diary > Call Types

  2. Work Item for Call

  3. Store Check

On this page, you can configure the store checks in the work item including the product checks.

It has 2 tabs, the Store Check Configuration tab and the Product Column Configuration tab.



Product Column Configuration
Here you can configure what the Field Sales app users can when doing product checks.

Product Columns

Perenso offers the option of 8 columns which you can choose to use.

The offered column attributes are:

  • Last Checked
  • Product Description
  • Ranging
  • In Distribution
  • SOH
  • Shelf Price
  • Facings
  • Suggested Order
You have the option of rearranging the order of the columns on this page but clicking and dragging the attribute using the order column.

You also the option to add 2 product fields to use if you wish.
This is useful if you have data related to the product that you would like the user to have easy access to.
