You can get to the Order work item page by going to Diary > Call Types > Work Items for Call > Order.
Here, you can change who sees the work item, when and what they see.
On this tab, you can change the description of the work item as well as the order type.
You are also able to set when the work item can be seen in the Date Range section.

Here, you can choose to restrict the work item to certain accounts.
This may be useful if you only want to view the work item for certain customers.

Products to Show
This tab allows you to choose which products can be seen in the work item.

Similar to the Accounts and Products to Show tabs, on this tab, you are able to choose to limit the order work item to certain distributors.
The default is set to All Distributors, but you can untick this box and pick from the list of distributors if you wish to restrict the order work item to do so.
Here, you can choose to limit the deals which are seen in this order work item.
The default is set to All deals. If you wish to restrict the work item to show only select views, you can untick the checkbox and click Add Deals.
From here, search for the deals then click Select and Done to add the deals to the order work item.
This tab allows you to customise the columns seen in the order work item to fit with your business' needs.

This tab allows you to see what has been set up in the Order Columns tab and will give you a guide on what the users will be able to see.
If you would like the products ordered in a particular way, Perenso offers you the option to do so.
By default all products are ordered alphabetically.
You have the option to import an Excel file with the products ordered they way you would like, or you can manually reorder the products on the webpage.
