As a Perenso Administrator, you have the ability to setup and configure the Call Types that are available to the reps in the field.
Using Work Items you can define what they can and cannot do within each call.
Perenso allows for you to have multiple call types. For example, you may have a Face To Face call, a Training Call and a Phone Call - all of which users can select from when calling on an account.
This page displays all call types which you edit and delete as well as creating Call Types.
