Summary

Advance deals differ from simple deals by offering more options such as product sets, more discount types and discount triggers.

NOTE: Make sure to Save Changes after each step to update the deal and not lose work done.

1. Upgrade to an Advanced Deal.
The ability to upgrade to an advanced deal can be found on the Products/Triggers/Discounts tab of a Deal.
To upgrade, you just need to click on the Upgrade to an Advanced Deal button.

2. Product Sets

A Product Set is a set of products in a deal that are grouped based on discounts and triggers.

Each product set can have different discounts and triggers in the same deal.

Once upgraded to an advanced deal, by default, 'Product Set 1' will include all the products the deal applied to when it was a simple deal.

You can add a new product set via the Add New Product Set button and enter in a Name for the product set when prompted.
The deal will then be added to the Product Set List on the left side of the page.

To either edit the name of a product set or change the order the product sets are listed in the apps, you can click on Manage Product Set to do so.

You can also make a product set inactive, which will mean it is not shown in the apps, or delete it if you wish.

3. Products

Choose the products you would like to be part of the chosen product set in the same way as in a Simple Deal.

You can either manually search for and select products with the Choose Products to Add button or add all products in certain product groups.

You also have the option to apply to All Products.

Enter in the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each product/product group if wanted.

MOQs work in conjunction with discount triggers as well as the overall deal triggers and the deal will not be applied until ALL conditions have been met.

4. Discount Levels

If you have more than 1 Discount Level, you can Allow Choice of Eligible Discount Levels in Order.

Add more discount levels with the Add More Levels button. You can choose how many levels you would like added each time the button is pressed.

You can configure each discount level to have differing discounts and triggers.

Enter in the Descriptions of the discount levels.

This description will be seen by app users.

5. Discounts

Add the discount for each discount level by clicking on Add New Discount.

You are able to have more than 1 discount for each discount level.

On the Benefit Details page, choose the Benefit Type and Discount, then Submit to update the deal.

6. Triggers

Add what must be done in an order to receive the discount in the corresponding discount level by clicking on Add New Trigger.

Choose the Trigger Type and configure it to your liking the Submit.

You are able to have multiple triggers for each discount level.

7. Order the Discount Levels

Make sure to order using the click and drag function.
The discount levels should be ordered from highest priority to lowest, from the largest discount to the lowest.
