- Click on Ordering > Price Lists.
A list of price list will display. - To create a new price list, click Add New Price List.
An Add New Price List pop up will display. - In the Description field, enter a new description for the price list.
- Click Add Price List.
The price list details page will display with a list of all products. Prices can be entered for products by going through the list or by searching using the keyword search bar. - To add a price, click Add Price under the item. This will display a price bar.
- In the Effective Date field, enter the date in which the price list is to start.
- In the List Price ($) field, enter the list price.
- In the RRP ($) field, enter the recommended retail price.
- In the Flexible Pricing field, select if the price is flexible.
- If multiple prices are required, click Add Price to repeat the process. Otherwise click Save.
- Repeat this process for all products requiring a price list.
- To select the accounts in which the price list should be applied to, click on the Accounts tab.
- Note that the price list will default to Apply to All Accounts. To select specific accounts, unselected the Apply to All Accounts checkbox and select the require accounts.
- Click Save Changes.
- To select the Distributors the price list should be applied to, click on the Distributors tab.
- Note that the price list will default to All Distributors. To select specific distributors, unselected the All Distributors checkbox and select the require distributors.
- Click Save Changes.
