1. Click on Ordering > Price Lists.
    A list of price list will display.

  2. To create a new price list, click Add New Price List.
    An Add New Price List pop up will display.

  3. In the Description field, enter a new description for the price list.

  4. Click Add Price List.
    The price list details page will display with a list of all products. Prices can be entered for products by going through the list or by searching using the keyword search bar.

  5. To add a price, click Add Price under the item. This will display a price bar.

  6. In the Effective Date field, enter the date in which the price list is to start.

  7. In the List Price ($) field, enter the list price.



  8. In the RRP ($) field, enter the recommended retail price.

  9. In the Flexible Pricing field, select if the price is flexible.

  10. If multiple prices are required, click Add Price to repeat the process. Otherwise click Save.

  11. Repeat this process for all products requiring a price list.

  12. To select the accounts in which the price list should be applied to, click on the Accounts tab.

  13. Note that the price list will default to Apply to All Accounts. To select specific accounts, unselected the Apply to All Accounts checkbox and select the require accounts.

  14. Click Save Changes.

  15. To select the Distributors the price list should be applied to, click on the Distributors tab.

  16. Note that the price list will default to All Distributors. To select specific distributors, unselected the All Distributors checkbox and select the require distributors.

  17. Click Save Changes.
