Content is an image, PDF or video that can be attached to a number of things throughout Perenso. Attaching content to an entity allows users to easily access these files during a call.
Content allows you to upload contents such as images, pdf, and videos to show to your customers.
The content can be organised into Albums and also specified for customer groups, products and work items.

Bulk Upload Content
Bulk Uploading content allows you to quickly upload content into Perenso.- Organising Content Albums
Once content has been uploaded and saved. You can always edit the content.
Content can be added to one or multiple albums for organisation purposes.
