Summary
This is where you can configure general app settings such as which Menu Items are seen as well which users have access to the app.
General
In the General Tab, you can change the Description of the Application Name as well add and remove the users who have access to the app in the Assigned Users section.
Images
Here, you can upload the images to be seen as the Tile Logo in the app and the Login Screen Background.
Configuration
You can choose the Menu Items you would like displayed in the app as well as Quick Info Tiles.
The available menu items are:
- Diary
This is the user's personal daily planner that helps better organise and manager appointments - Account
In this menu item, users are able to see all accounts that are assigned to them - Objectives
Here, users can view and create to-do items for their accounts that can be completed at any time before, during or after the call - History
This menu item will list every completed call ever created for the user's accounts - Content
The content menu item is a collection of all content with user granted access - Status
Here, users are able to generate and view reports - Held Orders
This menu item is the History menu with pre-loaded filters set to show the user's held orders
Perenso also offers the ability to customise up to 2 Extra Account Fields to be seen in the Accounts Menu and 1 field for the Diary menu.
