Summary


There is an option to turn on and off different periods.

With in the Periods Configuration, you can create cycles or time frames that relates to your company. These can then be use for reporting purposes.



Turning Periods on and off

  1. To turn on or off periods, select System Config > Periods.

  2. A list of pre-set periods will display. Click on the check box of the periods you like to turn off or remove the selected periods by clicking on the selected check box.

  3. Click Save Changes to save your changes.


Creating a Cycle Type and adding more cycles

  1. In the Periods Configuration page click Add More Cycle Types to add a new cycle type.

  2. In the Cycle Type Name field, enter a description for the cycle type.

  3. To add more Cycles, click Add More Cycles.

  4. Enter the NameStart Date and End Date of the cycle.

  5. Click Save Changes to save your changes.
