Summary


You may want to include or exclude specific users from reports.
For example, it makes sense to have Rep's in a Sales Report as they are usually the users who call on accounts however it might not make sense to have a Manager in same report.



Steps

  1. From the left hand side select System Config > User Types.


  2. Tick on the box Report On for the User Type/s you want to include in reports.

  3. Leave the "Report On" box unchecked for the User Types/s you want to exclude from reports.

  4. Click Save Changes to save your changes.
