Summary


Perenso offers an option to create different user types. This may help you group users according to their role and provide them with the correct user permissions.




Steps

  1. To create a User Type, select System Config > User Types.

  2. Click Add New User Type.
    The User Type Detail screen will display.

  3. In the Description field, enter the description for the user type. e.g sales rep, admin, state rep.

  4. Select the relevant options that applies to the user type.
    - Is this User Type Active?
    - Record Work Time for these Users
    - I would like to Report on these Users

  5. Click Save Changes to save your changes.
