  • Create a User Type
    This may help you group users according to their role and provide them with the correct user permissions.

  • Exclude specific users from reports
    You may want to include or exclude specific users from reports. For example, it makes sense to have Rep's in a Sales Report as they are usually the users who call on accounts however it might not make sense to have a Manager in same report.

  • Allow to edit call objective
    If this enabled, the user type will be able to edit and delete completed objectives.
