1. Click on anywhere on the Diary in Calendar view or select Add New Entry in List view to load the New Entry popup.


  2. Select the Meeting Diary Entry Type.

  3. Meeting Type
    Choose from the available Meeting Types.

  4. Start Date
    Choose a date or leave it unchanged.
    The default date will always be the currently selected day, or when using 5 Day, 7 Day and Month views, the default start date will be the first day of the week/month chosen.

  5. End Date
    Choose the date when the meeting finishes.

  6. All Day
    Specify whether the meeting is an all-day or partial day event.

  7. Start Time
    Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set the start time.

  8. End time
    Select an end time if the meeting has a start time.

  9. Short Description
    Enter in details of the meeting if necessary.

  10. Save
    The meeting will be added to the diary.
