- Click on anywhere on the Diary in Calendar view or select Add New Entry in List view to load the New Entry popup.
- Select the Meeting Diary Entry Type.
- Meeting Type
Choose from the available Meeting Types. - Start Date
Choose a date or leave it unchanged.
The default date will always be the currently selected day, or when using 5 Day, 7 Day and Month views, the default start date will be the first day of the week/month chosen. - End Date
Choose the date when the meeting finishes. - All Day
Specify whether the meeting is an all-day or partial day event. - Start Time
Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set the start time. - End time
Select an end time if the meeting has a start time. - Short Description
Enter in details of the meeting if necessary. - Save
The meeting will be added to the diary.
