Home Summary
The Home page is comprised of the Completed Calls and Orders graph and Alerts.
Completed Calls and Orders
This graph shows the Number of Completed Calls and Orders on each day for a selected month.
By default, the graph will show data for the current month for All Users, Order Types and Call Types.
You can filter the graph to a certain Period, User, Order Type or Call Type.
Alerts
Order Alerts are also seen on the Home page.
You will be notified of any Failed, Held, Referred or Declined orders here.
Clicking on the Click here to view it link will load the Order Management page with filters preloaded to show the list of alerted orders.
