Summary
You can view orders in both the Activity and Order views.
The Activity view is a list of all work items completed in a call, which the Order work item could be one of.
The Order view is solely focused on the Order work item and offers more in-depth information about the order.

Activity History Orders
The order details in the history are presented in a table with the following fixed columns:
- Product Description
- Order Quantity
- List (Standard) Price
- NIS (Sale) Price
- Discount
- Distributor
- Delivery Date
- Order Status
Order History Orders
While under the Order Viewing Mode, there are two more columns presented to produce extra details:
- Order ID
- Order Date
