1. Add Call Types.
    Call are what we display in the User diary and are simply a combination of work items of your choosing that you want your Users to complete.

  2. Add and Configure Work Items.
    This is where you can assign work items to your call types.
    A description of the work item's purpose is shown when it is selected and should help you decide if it belongs in the call type or not.
    Once your call types have the required work items, you can then configure them in the next step.
    If you are unsure then we would suggest to add one of each for now and remove it afterwards if it is not needed.

  3. Add Meeting and Leave types.
    The diary also supports entries that are not linked to any customer for the purpose of blocking out time in the diary for other tasks like training or annual leave.
    We have already created a few commonly used events for you so feel free to change or remove them.
