1. Price Lists.
By this step your products and distributors should both exist in the system. Before any products can become available to order they must be linked to at least 1 Price List.

  2. Price List Visibility.
For each Price List you can assign which Account Groups are able to access them.

  3. Template import.
You can now generate an Excel file that contains the required fields to be filled out with prices. To generate the file, click "Generate Price List Template" below.
Once the file has been generated, open the file in Excel and populate blank cells with your own data where required.
Each Price List you have will be created on separate sheets in a single file so ensure you have completed them all before importing the file in the next step.

  4. Price List Import.
Upload the completed Excel file with prices.
If your Excel file contains multiple Price Lists sheets then you can return to this page after completing the first one to do the next sheet until all of them have been imported.
Ensure you have chosen the correct sheet and Price List combination below otherwise your prices may not be imported correctly.

  5. Field Mapping.
The below fields have been mapped automatically from the source file based on column position. As long as the column layout has not changed then the import should run without issue.
The Source Field and Perenso Field must be matching otherwise the import will be incorrect. If they do not match then you need to fix your Excel file and go back to the previous step to re-import the updated file.

  6. Data Check.

  7. Run Price List Import.
Here you can click "Import more price lists" to upload multiple price lists. This will take you back to step 4.

Once the import is complete, you will have successfully added your Price Lists into Perenso and need to create Workflows.
