Files

Access to a log of orders that have been sent or remain unsent can be found in Web Administrator under Ordering > Order Management.


An audit trail for each order is also available from this screen.


If orders are being exported to a file access to the folder these files are stored in can be made available if required.



Email

Orders are generated and sent via email as per the schedule set in Administrator within Ordering > Order Outputs.
The Sender Name of the emails generated is configured in Administrator in System Config > General, within the field Email Address That Orders Are Sent From.



Send Grid

All email orders are sent using Send Grid, a third party service, which may use a number of IP Addresses to send orders from.


It is strongly recommended to whitelist all the IP addresses used to send orders. This will ensure emails from this service are not flagged as spam or junk mail if your organisation uses a mailbox spam filter.


Field Sales may use any of the IP Addresses within the IP range: 167.89.55.55 to 167.89.55.75 as well as 167.89.100.227.
