Updates to Perenso V9 are free of charge and released throughout the year.
The purpose of the updates are:
- To add new functionality
- To fix any bugs
How Are Updates Distributed?
Administrator, Manager, Report Viewer and Analytics
For all web based applications (Administrator, Manager, Report Viewer and Analytics), updates are applied automatically without the need for any user intervention.
Release notes on the changes that the update includes are emailed to the primary contact for each customer.
They can also be found in the Solutions page of the Support Lounge.
Field Sales App
The Perenso "Field Sales" app on devices such as iPads, Windows tablets etc will have updates made available to them via their relevant "App Store".
The end user is responsible for updating Perenso on these devices.
