Perenso V9 is supported in a number of ways including the following:

    The portal offers general support including support crew from the Perenso Lounge assisting users via email, phone or through the portal.

    Offers a wide range of information from FAQs to user manuals.
  • Wiki
    A wiki is provided which contains scenario based "how to" guides on some of the Perenso Functions.
  • Product Updates
    Updates are provided to active Perenso customers which includes product enhancements and bug fixes.

General Support
The support crew will be available at the Perenso Lounge during Perenso's normal office hours.
The 3 main methods of contact are:

  • Portal
    Just submit a ticket in the Support Lounge, we're always happy to help out.
  • Email
    Emailing hello@perenso.com automatically creates a ticket in the Perenso helpdesk queue.
  • Phone
    The support crew can be contacted via phone. Contact details can be found at www.perenso.com
