Administrator, Manager, Report Viewer and Analytics 

All Perenso V9 web based applications (Administrator, Manager, Report Viewer and Analytics) are automatically connected to the relevant database based on the combination of Company ID, User ID and password supplied at the time of login.
When a user selects the relevant application from http://fieldsales.perenso.net they are asked to supply the following information:

  • Company ID
    This is a unique ID supplied to each customer when signing up to Perenso V9
  • User ID
    This is unique user ID that has been created by the Perenso Administrator
  • Password
    This is the password created by the user or Perenso Administrator



Field Sales App

The Perenso "Field Sales" is automatically connected to the relevant database based on the combination of Company ID, User ID and password supplied at the time of login.
When a user opens Perenso on their device for the first time they are asked to supply the following information:

  • Company ID
    This is a unique ID supplied to each customer when signing up to Perenso V9
  • User ID
    This is unique user ID that has been created by the Perenso Administrator
  • Password
    This is the password created by the user or Perenso Administrator


Subsequent logins to the Field Sales app do not require a Company ID to be entered.

The Field Sales App connects to a Perenso web service in the Microsoft Azure cloud via HTTPS.
