Administrator

Perenso Administrator is a web based application.

It allows a user to administer the Perenso database. 


This includes administrator specific functions such as:


  • View Sales Manager team's diary 
  • View summary of reps calls and sales
  • Create and manage calls for reps
  • Create and manage objectives for reps
  • Create and manage orders for reps
  • Create and manage reps' diary
  • Review sales reps call and order history






Manager

Manager is a web based application.

Perenso Manager is intended to be used by Managers to be able to view their Rep's activities. 


The Manager site allows you to:


  • View and edit Rep's diaries
  • View and edit Accounts assigned to Reps
  • View any orders taken






Report Viewer

Report Viewer is a web based reporting tool.

Report Viewer contains a number of fixed format "out of box" reports.

Report results can be filtered using the parameters provided and are exportable to a number of formats.





Analytics

Analytics is a second web based reporting tool. 

Analytics allows users to create ad-hoc reports via a drop-and-drag style interface. 





Field Sales

The Field Sales app is the Rep based tool currently available on iPad and Windows devices.

Users of the Field Sales app have the ability to perform Account related tasks including:

  • Taking orders
  • Store checks
  • Answering questions defined by the Administrator

The Field Sales app can be found in their relevant App Store on an iPad or Windows device.
